Pelhřimov - a town of less than twenty thousand inhabitants situated on the edge of the Czech-Moravian Highlands - has got a strategically very advantageous location. It is approximately one hundred kilometres from three of the most important Czech cities (Prague, České Budějovice and Brno). To get to the town of Pelhřimov leave the motorway D1 (connecting Prague with Brno) at the junction near Humpolec and follow the clearly signposted road, which will lead you there.
